We collect information for web analytics. This includes your IP address, your city (estimated location), and the pages you viewed on our website.


Use of Data

Data collected is used for the essential operation of 5dpackages. We try to collect as little information about the customer as possible. Personally identifiable user information is not sold to any third parties.


Data Transfer and Storage

All connections between 5dpackages, our payment processors, our emails, and our web analytics platform are served securely over HTTPS.

Credit Card Payments
Credit card information is processed by a secure, PCI compliant, third party service. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

Storage of Passwords
We cannot view your 5dpackages.com login password in plain text. A one way hashing algorithm is used to store your password. In our database, your password simply shows up as a jumbled sequence of numbers and letters.
Technical details: passwords are stored using bcrypt.


Third Parties

Web analytics (website visits including your IP address, city, and pages viewed on our website) are logged with Google Analytics. Google Analytics takes security and privacy extremely seriously, you can find their data privacy and security policies here.
You can download a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics here.

We have no relations with and have not been in contact with the CBP (US Customs Border Patrol) or the CBSA (Canadian Border Services Agency).
If you are a credit card scammer or are committing fraud and using our address, we will report you to the local authorities, DHS, or the FBI.
