What do I need to provide when picking up my packages?

Let us know your PMB number (in the package arrival email), and we'll need to see a piece of photo ID, such as your:

  • Driver's license
  • Passport
  • NEXUS card



What taxes do I have to pay?

For international packages being shipped to us: it is extremely rare to be charged duty for international packages. We have had this happen only twice since we opened, both times were from UPS Brokerage.

However, you might have to pay taxes when declaring your items to the border guard when crossing the border back into Canada. Although the CBSA's website says there are no personal exemptions (for paying duty) for trips to the United States under 24 hours, in our experience, usually items with a value of under $200 CAD are not charged taxes, but this is highly dependent on the border guard.




Can a friend/family member/someone else pick up packages on my behalf?

Yes, but you'll need to add them as an authorized pick up user on your account.

To do this, click on the "Authorized Users" button after you login. We allow up to 3 people (not including yourself) to be added to the list. The authorized user will need to show us their ID, as well as telling us your name and PMB. The authorized user does not need to bring a copy of your ID, theirs will work as long as they are on your authorized users list.

A copy of the package arrival email works too!




If I arrive a couple minutes after closing, can I still pickup my package?

Yes, no problem!

Is it okay to only pick up some of my packages now and then pick up the rest on another day?

Yes! That's not a problem. We don't charge any additional fees for this service.
