Do you ship internationally?

No, at this moment we only ship within the United States. We also don't ship to APO/FPO (military) addresses.

Do you offer insurance for shipping out packages?

No, unfortunately our shipping software does not support this.

I need to send a package out, do you offer any shipping services?

Yes, we can ship packages out through USPS and FedEx. We measure and weigh the package, then get a price list of commercial rates from all 3 couriers.

Can you re-ship or forward my letters/packages to my house?

No, at the moment we don't offer any package forwarding services.

Do you accept packages to ship out with a pre-paid return label?

Yes! We can accept pre-paid return labels for USPS, FedEx, and UPS, but not DHL. We do not charge any fees for this service.
